What is the length of the lease?
Available lease terms offered at this community are 3-13 months new leases; 3-18 month options available for renewal leases.

What happens if I need to break the lease early?

Is renter's insurance required?

How much notice is needed before moving out?
All leases require a written 60 day notice to vacate.
What utility companies do you use?
Residents must set up electric service with Nashville Electric Service prior to move-in. Water/sewer is billed monthly via RUM and paid with rent.
What Cable/Internet Providers are available?
Xfinity and AT&T are available. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st and considered late on the 6th. Payments can be made online via the resident portal.
Do you give any discounts to local employers?
Yes, a preferred employer discount is offered to government employees, healthcare workers, first responders, active & retired military, Amazon employees, Oracle employees, Nissan employees, educators, and Tennessee Titans employees. Ask your Leasing Professional for more information.
Does your community offer furnished apartments?
No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.
Is there in-unit laundry?
All apartment homes include in-home laundry appliances.
What appliances are included?
Full-size washer & dryer, stainless steel dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel range, and stainless steel over-range microwave.
Is there air conditioning/heating?
Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat.
Are there ceiling fans?
Yes, ceiling fans are included in all apartment homes, located in bedrooms and living rooms.
Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?
Parking options include open lot parking. Fees apply for registration, reserved parking, and EV parking.
Is there a gym, pool, or common area?
Yes, amenities include a bark park and pet spa, resort-style pool, fitness center, resident lounges, outdoor gathering areas, and grilling stations.
Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?
Yes, our community offers a rentable amenity space. Contact the leasing center for rates and availability.
Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?
We are pet-friendly; breed restrictions and fees may apply. Please review our pet policy or contact the leasing office.
Are there EV charging stations?

What is the roommate policy?
All individuals 18+ must complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Fees may apply for roommate changes.
Is there a maximum number of occupants?
Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus children under age 2.
Can guests stay over, and for how long?
Guests may stay up to 14 consecutive days. Longer stays require registration as occupants. Guest parking passes are available.
Is there guest parking available?
Yes, guest parking is available in designated areas. Restrictions may apply.
Who manages this community?

Is there a resident referral program?

What is the smoking policy?
